Kerry McCarthy M.A. CCC-SLP
I was born and raised on the Jersey Shore but have been living in the beautiful San Diego area for over 20 years. In 2002, I completed my undergraduate studies in speech-language pathology and audiology at Towson University near Baltimore, Maryland. Shortly after, I moved to San Diego to attend graduate school at San Diego State University where I received my master's degree in speech-language pathology. I am a California State licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) as well as a fully ASHA Certified (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) SLP.
Not only did I complete my internship at Hillsdale Middle School, but I began a full-time position in the fall of 2004 and have been here ever since. It has been an incredible experience working with students and their families. I look forward to making meaningful connections with each student who walks through my door and being an integral part of helping to develop their confidence as communicators.
